I loved how it massages the eye are while the eye cream is applied. Still very new to using it and it’s still early days to say it’s working but so far no issues with it.

I'm not a fan of the cold applicator and the formulation irritated my sensitive eyes. A tube will last a long time though as there's plenty of product.

Very hydrating serum, not sticky. Brightens the under eyes. The massager included on the packaging is a genius idea. Very easy to use and the product will definitely last long.
Fast delivery
They had a promo with a free pouch on orders over $60 and mine was $70 i did not get any pouch. I sent them a chat they replied after 12+hrs so ridiculous. So i sent them an email the response i got is after i received my product which is 1-2 weeks. Email response didn’t feel like a human, it was talking repeatedly. Bad customer service and false advertising not all conditions are laid out. Terrible experience.
