Subscription FAQ

Auto-replenishment is the easiest way to get your favorite products delivered regularly without having to reorder each time. Simply choose your product, set your preferred delivery schedule, and we’ll take care of the rest.

You can fully customize your subscription anytime—change delivery frequency, update your next order date, adjust quantities, skip a shipment, or cancel whenever you need.

For any changes that you cannot manage in your account, such as canceling or switching subscription products, please contact our customer support team at cs@skintific.com for assistance.

To subscribe, go to the product page and select “Subscribe & Save”, then choose your preferred delivery frequency. Add it to your cart and complete checkout as usual.

Currently, subscription services are only available for customers in the United States. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon.

Yes. You will still receive all standard order confirmation and shipping emails from Shopify for every processed order, just like a normal purchase. Subscription management emails (such as upcoming orders or changes) are also sent separately so you always stay informed.

Yes, in most cases you can apply eligible discount codes to your first subscription order. However, promotions may vary depending on the offer and cannot always be combined with subscription pricing benefits.

Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal—pause, skip, or cancel with no hassle and no hidden conditions.

You’ll receive a notification email before each upcoming order, so you always have time to review, skip, or adjust your subscription if needed.

Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and processed securely. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your subscription portal, where you can manage everything in one place—orders, billing, and delivery schedule.
