At first, I was excited to use it because it has for oily skin. But then, when I received my order from May 19, 2026, I received defualt skin shade instead of my correct one. I've been reaching out to the customer service to return or refund because it states to their refund policy that they accept returns within in 15 days. But then, I haven't heard from then and all I receive from them is to wait. On June 28-29th, finally someone acknowledged my concern and promised that they would give me a full refund within 24 hours. And now, July 8th, I still haven't heard from them. I would greatly appreciate if they stick with their promise or commit instead of leave hanging the customers waiting for their update. I am now disappointed of how bad the customer service is

This is a great matte/foundation. The one aspect that could be improved is offering a free trial to test the actual color that matches your skin tone before purchasing. Other than that l still love this product

The Skintific Velvet Matte and Cover Perfect Stay Base are really good and suit my skin type well. Both give better coverage compared to the cushion and sit nicely on the skin without feeling heavy.
The Velvet Matte has a smooth finish and looks more natural but still covers well. The Cover Perfect Stay Base gives even more coverage and lasts longer throughout the day, which I really like.
The shade Beige matches me well too. Overall, these are great if you prefer a more matte, long-lasting base that actually holds up during the day.
